Awesome tool that is so helpful

Wow. Exactly the tool for checking in that Ive been looking for! From the ease of use to the little features that are helpful, R|Tribe is a wonderful resource. I like the fact that you have a variety of choices with checking in. Works smoothly and is intuitive.

Disappointed

The app had so much promise. I thought I was going to get introduced to like minded individuals that wanted to meet the same goals as me. Instead the app asked for access to the contacts on my phone (not all of which are in recovery) and then wanted to post my statues to them all. Such a shame because if executed correctly this could be a great support system.

Serious bugs around subscription

I love the apps functionality. However, I subscribed to the apps premium features after the trial ran out, and the features remained locked. I tried contacting the developers through the app and through their website several times and received no response. I tried restoring the purchase and uninstalling the app, but nothing worked. My card was charged. The free features are really cool, but be wary of trying to subscribe.

It keeps telling me to update but it just says open

Fix it plz it does this every time I open your app

??

Wow. Defiantly a blessing from God. Tribe has made me want to be honest and made shame and self hatred decrease! So thankful

Helpful

Very helpful for me as an addict.

Awesome

Awesome app. If youre dedicated it is really helpful!

Secure, Community Builder, great Accountability Tool

This has been the best thing that happened to recovery. Easily connect with friends and new friends. Secure messaging. Helpful prompts and classes.

Great app to foster mindfulness in the face of addiction

The daily check ins and levels kind of gamify the journaling and data tracking aspects of recovery. I find the pointed questions useful reminders or reflections of my own past, present, and future.

Very helpful app for fighting addiction

First off, I love this app. After searching for an app to try to help me get control of pornography addiction, I had become very discouraged until finding this one. I dont pay for the full version, but the reminders to check in, the ability to communicate with other users, and the daily motivation are all free. Being able to track my days in a way that others can see them is a big help for me. That being said, the app itself can be glitchy. I had to delete and re download it once when I started being unable to receive messages from friends. That fixed the problem but now the notification for videos I havent watched stays red every time I open the app, no matter how many times I watch them to get to get rid of it. Maybe a minor gripe, but I hate unchecked notifications and I am forced to deal with them. Despite some glitches/bugs, I really do recommend this app to anyone fighting an addiction to porn. Fighting this thing together is a game changer!

Great help

Really enjoy the community

Best

The best. Just A W E S O M E. Thank you very much for this app.

Helpful

App is very helpful. Nice to be able to talk to people going through similar situations.

Sad that my recovery should be so expensive to them

They give you a free intro video series, then you have to pay $10 for each package of videos afterwards. You know, I probably would have spent $5 on this app if they gave me full access afterwards, but $10 each for roughly 9+ video packages? Very sad. Hard for me to imagine they "need" to charge that much. This is not service to make a profit in. As a Christian I can only pray that others do not see your app the way I do and attribute your greed to that of other Christians. You need to find another app to supplement your income, instead of effectively preying on the weak and desperate.

R is for Recovery

Great app so far. Thoughtful approach to connecting friends in recovery and having us all look out for one another. Have you ever thought of adding a personal journaling function or area? Might be good and a way to keep Recovery Central all in one place. Thanks!

Something where you keep tabs

From the first time I saw the Im triggered button, I thought this would be helpful, and it is. Not only does it have that, it allows you to keep track of where your mind is when youre triggered. UPDATE: Still works great, but I set it up to thumb recognition, and now it logs me out every few days. The problem with that is that you have to reset it to password/thumb recog. In one these times, my eldest daughter found out that I am using it and have sobriety. That was uncomfortable.

Most helpful and useful app.

Staying connected is a key to recovery and this app excels in offering a venue to stay connect throughout the day.

Helpful

This is a good little app for tracking progress and checking in with how I am doing in my recovery. I would definitely recommend it to others. I appreciate that tools like this exist.

Accountability

Great reminder and helper!! Def a must if youre making a serious effort to stop.

Helps stay connected. For me its important to check-in daily.
